Together, they help children with big feelings through small habits that build into lifelong skills.
How LOLL Cards Work
Instead of being told to “calm down”, children are invited to play.
“Let’s do some breathing with Mango the Koala.”
It becomes a fun, playful way for children to manage big feelings — building a familiar toolkit of support they can return to again and again as they grow.
The LOLL Habit Loop
Each character introduces a simple wellbeing habit, helping children connect feelings with
actions in a natural and engaging way.

Why It Matters
LOLL Cards aren’t about getting every breath, pose or movement perfect. They’re a playful toolkit that helps children slow down, notice how they feel, and build simple habits that support their wellbeing and lifelong skills.
Each small moment encourages children to understand their bodies, thoughts and emotions — building awareness, resilience and self-understanding from an early age.
It becomes a fun, playful way to learn how to manage big feelings — and over time, these habits become a familiar toolkit of support that children can return to as they grow.

For Every Child
Every child’s world looks different — and LOLL Cards are designed with that in mind.
Flexible, inclusive and easy to use, they support children wherever they are, and whoever is supporting them.
The aim is to provide all children with fun, accessible wellbeing resources — character-led tools that help them manage big feelings and build everyday habits, just like learning to brush their teeth. From a young age, the habit — and its importance — becomes familiar, staying with them as they grow and becoming a natural part of everyday life.
